At JMK International School, we welcome students from all backgrounds — irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. Our admission process is designed to ensure that each child is placed in an environment that best suits their learning needs and potential.
Eligibility & Admission Criteria
Admissions are open to both boys and girls in all grades, subject to the availability of seats.
New admissions are granted based on merit and performance in the school’s entrance examination.
The student’s academic record from previous classes is also considered during the selection process.
Admission to any class will depend on the availability of seats and the discretion of the Principal and school authorities.
A child seeking admission must fulfill the minimum age criteria as per CBSE and State Government guidelines.

Admission will be provisional until approval is received from the CBSE Regional Office, Panchkula.
Parent Undertaking
Parents/Guardians are required to submit a duly signed “Parent Undertaking” (on non-judicial stamp paper, notarized) provided by the school at the time of admission. A copy of this undertaking is included with the school prospectus for reference.
Interaction & Interview
For Boarding/Day-Boarding Admissions, the school conducts an interaction session or personal interview with the student.
For Day-Boarding admissions, parents are also invited for an interaction, as the child’s performance is a result of shared responsibility between school and parents.
Existing students must confirm their continuation for the next academic session by December 1st each year.
General Guidelines
Admission to the hostel is subject to the student’s readiness and adjustment to residential life.
Parents wishing to withdraw their child mid-session must submit a written notice one month in advance.
Those leaving after the completion of the academic session must inform the school by the first week of December.
Transfer Certificates, Results, and Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after clearing all dues as per the school’s Fee and Refund Policy.
Disciplinary & Attendance Rules
Repeated violation of school rules or disciplinary actions may lead to withdrawal of admission.
Irregular fee payment may result in suspension or expulsion as determined by the school authorities.
If a student remains absent for more than six consecutive days without intimation, their name may be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will require payment of a re-admission fee as prescribed by the school.
