Eligibility & Admission Criteria

  • Admissions are open to both boys and girls in all grades, subject to the availability of seats.

  • New admissions are granted based on merit and performance in the school’s entrance examination.

  • The student’s academic record from previous classes is also considered during the selection process.

  • Admission to any class will depend on the availability of seats and the discretion of the Principal and school authorities.

  • A child seeking admission must fulfill the minimum age criteria as per CBSE and State Government guidelines.

Parent Undertaking

Parents/Guardians are required to submit a duly signed “Parent Undertaking” (on non-judicial stamp paper, notarized) provided by the school at the time of admission. A copy of this undertaking is included with the school prospectus for reference.

Interaction & Interview

  • For Boarding/Day-Boarding Admissions, the school conducts an interaction session or personal interview with the student.

  • For Day-Boarding admissions, parents are also invited for an interaction, as the child’s performance is a result of shared responsibility between school and parents.

  • Existing students must confirm their continuation for the next academic session by December 1st each year.

General Guidelines

  • Admission to the hostel is subject to the student’s readiness and adjustment to residential life.

  • Parents wishing to withdraw their child mid-session must submit a written notice one month in advance.

  • Those leaving after the completion of the academic session must inform the school by the first week of December.

  • Transfer Certificates, Results, and Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after clearing all dues as per the school’s Fee and Refund Policy.

Disciplinary & Attendance Rules

  • Repeated violation of school rules or disciplinary actions may lead to withdrawal of admission.

  • Irregular fee payment may result in suspension or expulsion as determined by the school authorities.

  • If a student remains absent for more than six consecutive days without intimation, their name may be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will require payment of a re-admission fee as prescribed by the school.
