At JMK International School, co-curricular activities (CCAs) are integrated into the holistic curriculum to build communication skills, artistic expression, intellectual agility, and stage confidence.

The school organizes these activities across its house systems (Vaayavya, Aagneya, Jalormi, and Prithveesh) as well as dedicated activity clubs:

Literary & Public Speaking Activities

• Debate: Structured inter-house and inter-school debates covering current social affairs, technology, ethics, and youth topics. Students develop critical reasoning, rebuttal techniques, and formal argumentation.

• Declamation: Oratory practice focusing on the delivery of famous historical and contemporary speeches. It trains students in vocal modulation, rhetorical pacing, articulation, and body language.

• Quiz Club & Competitions: Regular trivia challenges spanning general knowledge, science and tech, Indian heritage, geography, and current affairs to encourage curiosity and quick recall.

Performing & Fine Arts

• Theatre & Dramatics: Script reading, street plays (Nukkad Natak), role play, and annual stage productions. Students learn character expression, voice projection, script adaptation, and stage presence.

• Music (Vocal & Instrumental): Training in Indian classical, folk, and contemporary vocal music, alongside instruments like keyboard, tabla, and guitar in dedicated music rooms.

• Dance Club: Instruction in both classical and semi-classical traditions, as well as creative folk and contemporary choreography, fostering rhythmic discipline and coordination.

• Fine Arts & Painting: Hands-on studio sessions exploring watercolours, acrylics, sketching, poster-making, and mixed media to encourage visual storytelling and creativity.
