SCHOOL FEE & REFUND POLICY

Regular and timely collection of the school fee plays a key role in the smooth functioning of the institution. Therefore, the school follows a strict policy regarding the collection of fees and other charges. Defaulters or irregularities regarding the submission of fees are treated strictly and can also lead to the expulsion of a child from the school, if decided by the school authorities.

The following important points must be noted by all parents/guardians who wish to admit their ward to the hostel. All these points will be implemented strictly, and any request for compensation or refund of the fee once paid will not be entertained.

  • The Boarding and Lodging Fee, Tuition Fee, and all other charges are charged for the entire session at the time of admission to the Boarding/Day-Boarding.

  • Except for caution money, the fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances because, in case of withdrawal at any stage, the seat remains vacant for subsequent years, causing significant financial loss to the institution.

  • The school fee is to be paid strictly as per the Fee Payment and Installment Schedule determined by the school.

  • If parents/guardians fail to deposit the fee within the stipulated time period, a late fee will be charged as per the amount decided by the school authorities.

  • In case of withdrawal at any time during the academic session, parents/guardians will be liable to pay the school fee for the entire session. The fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Issuance of the Transfer Certificate will be subject to the clearance of all dues and pending fees.

  • The security amount (if any) will be refunded after 30 days from the issuance of the Transfer Certificate.

  • The imprest amount is refunded along with the security amount after due deduction for items (stationery, uniform, dress, toiletries, etc.) issued to the child as per requirement.

  • The admission fee paid once to confirm or reserve the seat will not be refunded even if the parent decides not to send their child to the school.
